Orders under £10: Shipping fees range from £3.99 to £6.56, based on product weight.

Orders £10 and above: Free Standard Shipping.

Express Shipping (1–3 Business Days):

Available for all orders at a flat rate of £5.49.

Delivery speed is prioritized, regardless of the order value.

PROCESSING TIME
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order in this timeframe, we will notify you promptly via email.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Once dispatched, standard orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days, and express orders within 1–3 business days.
However, in rare cases, delivery may take up to 6–8 business days. We kindly ask for your patience during such instances.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time. If you do not receive tracking details, or have any questions, please feel free to contact us — we're here to help.
MISSED DELIVERY / RE-ATTEMPTS POLICY
If you're not available at the time of delivery, our courier partners will notify you directly. You'll receive instructions via email or text message on how to reschedule the delivery, collect your parcel from a designated pickup point, or arrange a re-attempt.
